The Cornell Club of Rochester was founded more than 100 years ago.  The club helps keep Rochester-area alumni connected with the University and with each other.  We take pride in being one of Cornell's most active and involved alumni organizations. Join us for:

  • Social Events and Networking

  • Faculty and Community Speakers

  • News from Cornell

  • Community Service Projects

  • Cornell Alumni Admissions Ambassador Network

  • Scholarship Support for Area Cornell Students

Undergraduate and graduate alumni are welcome, as are students, parents, and friends of the University.  Everyone living in the greater Rochester area are automatically members of our club.  There is no application process, nor are there any dues to belong.

We hope to CU soon at an event or activity!

Our Board of Directors & Officers

The Cornell Club of Rochester is guided by alums who volunteer their talents and time to organize events for education, fellowship, and social interaction for Cornell alumni, students, and friends in the greater Rochester area.

Our History

Now in Our 2nd Century

In 1956 James K. Quigley, MD, Class of 1902, wrote a short history of the Rochester club's early days. His recollections form the basis of this booklet compiled by our club historian on the occasion of our centennial in May of 2004. The booklet includes many rare photos and a timeline of our first 100 years.
